Refund policy

Closeout items sold on an "as is basis" carry no warranties. No refunds or exchanges on delivered furniture. No refunds on special order or lay away items. All credits must be claimed within 6 months. PLEASE CHECK MERCHANDISE THAT YOU HAUL before being loaded on your truck; we will not be responsible for delivery damage or merchandise that is hauled by the customer. When buyer pays by check/card, buyer is stating that their check is good. If buyer's check is not good, buyer has defaulted; and the seller has all rights and duties set forth in the Tennessee Commercial Code. Buyer shall pay all of seller's collection costs, including attorney fees and litigation expenses.
